We understand that unforeseen circumstances may force you to postpone or reschedule your appointment.
Please understand that last minute changes in the schedule affect not only your artist, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48-hour advance notice is mandatory.
If you do not give a 48-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
An additional deposit of 20% of your full-service fee will be required to book. This amount is also non-refundable in the event of another last-minute cancellation.
If two appointments are cancelled or rescheduled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due at the time you schedule another appointment. This amount is also non-refundable.

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit.
To reschedule, an additional deposit must be made as well as the service total. This amount is non-refundable.

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.
