Lanae Beauty Policies

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may force you to postpone or reschedule your appointment.

    Please understand that last minute changes in the schedule affect not only your artist, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48-hour advance notice is mandatory.

    • If you do not give a 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

      • An additional deposit of 20% of your full-service fee will be required to re-book. This amount is also non-refundable in the event of another last-minute cancellation.

    • If a deposit was NOT made during time of booking, there is a 20% total service fee that must be paid before re-booking.

    • If two appointments are cancelled or rescheduled, payment in full for the service scheduled will be due before re-booking. This amount is also non-refundable.

    • Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and be charged the full-service amount.

    • You will be required to leave a card on file when you book online and pay your deposit.

    • When you place your card on file you agree to our policy terms.

    • You will be charged FULL price for your missed service with your card on file. You agree to these terms when you make your online appointment.

  • To avoid unfair delays in clients and the artist schedule, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule.

    • This policy is in place to allow enough time for the artist to fill the new time allotted and have enough time to properly execute a service.

    Any deposit made will be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule.
